Dear Customers and Carriers,
fulfilling the obligation to provide information pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1–88), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we would like to inform you that the processing of your data is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded between you and us.The conclusion and performance of the contract would not have been possible without the processing of your data. In order to ensure that you have full control of the ways your personal data are used, we hereby inform you that:The data controller responsible for your personal data is the company Austenit-Import Sp.J Krystyna Ciećkiewicz , Jacek Ciećkiewicz : e-mail: [email protected]
The data controller processes only those personal data which you yourselves have providedus with and uses them only on the basis of and for the purpose of the performance of the contract. Your data will be stored as long as it will be necessary to perform all obligations arising from the contract and from relevant provisions of the law, as well as to pursue any claims, if applicable. Subsequently, the data will be stored for archival purposes. The only entities to which the data were transferred in the course of performance of the contract were those entities which participated in that performance, that is:
a) the carriers performing transport services for you – if you are or were our Customer
b) the customers for whom the transport services ordered from you were performed – if you are or were our Contractor
c)accounting Office that we signed contract with the above entities were given access only to those data the processing of which was necessary for the proper performance of the contract. If no contract has been concluded between you and Austenit-Import Sp.J., then your data are stored pursuant to Article 6.1.f GDPR for archival purposes.
Austenit-Import Sp.J. guarantees each individual whose data it processes the right to access, rectify, erase, and request restricted use of those data. Such individuals may also exercise their right to object to processing, the right to the portability of data in electronic form, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
